In this hands-on class, you will learn how easy it is to make Mozzarella in just 30 minutes.

You will stretch and knead the curd just like the old cheesemakers. It is a great class to learn how quick and easy it is to make. Included is a lesson on Yoghurt and Labna making and after you will get to relax with a delicious grazing platter and tastings of some local wines while taking in the views of the Hunter Valley vineyards.
