Join us for the final Thunder Barbell throwdown of the year - with a twist!  We're changing the competition format and the lifts:

After registering, participants will be allocated one of three groups: Elves, Santas or Grinches.  We encourage you to dress in a way to support your team's name and have a bit of fun with it.  This way you can have the team comradery that we don't typically see in the individual sport of weightlifting.  Your successful lifts will go towards your team's total and we will crown one of the teams the winner at the end of the event!

Secondly, we have changed our lifts from the traditional Snatch and Clean & Jerk.  This time we are going to perform a Hang Snatch (either squat or power), and a Power Clean.
