You are invited to participate in an informative workshop on understanding and supporting children with anxiety.

Recent events have been a source of worry and uncertainty for us all. When we understand anxiety and ways to manage it, we are in the position to connect and support a child feeling overwhelmed by anxiety. This workshop will explore:

  • ·The child in context
  • ·Physiology of anxiety
  • ·Definitions of anxiety
  • ·Anxiety diagnosis
  • ·Anxiety at school
  • ·Skills, tools, and strategies to manage anxiety.
