Large corporates use what is called a “Sales and Operation Planning process”(S&OP) thatoptimises all aspects of inputs and outputs from marketing programs, sales programs, procurement, production warehousing and distribution to maximise customer service and optimise raw and finished good inventory and production requirements.

This workshop will take elements of this process and simplify them to cater for the capability of an SME
manufacturer. It will focus on the key elements of the process planning and forecasting to deliver better customer service and manage incoming material supply and finished goods inventory.

There will be a focus on how this process can help you make future decisions on capacity and labour management.
