We invite you to join us to celebrate the Official Opening of the Marie Wallace Seniors Exercise Park.

The Seniors Exercise Park initiative is part of a broader commitment to promote healthy ageing and active lifestyles among older adults in the Knox community. The park features purpose-built equipment tailored to the needs of seniors, including low-impact stations that support balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

The official launch marks a significant milestone in our efforts to create inclusive environments that empower older adults to stay active, engaged, and connected. It also provides an opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of preventative health strategies and community-based support for ageing well.

Volunteers and Knox Council staff will guide you through the exciting new outdoor exercise equipment.
