Celebration of Life for David Wynne

Please join us to celebrate the life of David Wynne at the NSW Teachers Federation on Friday 11 September, from 6.00pm to 9.00pm.

David Wynne, former Deputy Secretary (Communications and Administration), was a passionate unionist, advocate for public education and champion of the people who make our union strong.

Throughout his career, David made an enduring contribution to the Australian Education Union and the broader public education community. Known for his remarkable ability to bring people together, David built connections across the union. His friendship, generosity and extensive networks reached throughout the AEU and beyond, leaving a lasting impact on colleagues, members and friends alike.

Join us as we remember and celebrate David's life, his achievements, and the many relationships he nurtured over the years.

The evening will include:

6.00pm: Bar opens

6.30pm: Reflections and speeches in the Auditorium

7.30pm - 9.00pm: Drinks and canapés in the Heritage Room
