A Six-Course Culinary Journey Through the Sea to the Land!

Join Nat & Joe (aka Giuseppe)  as they journey to the heart of Italy with our next instalment of the Italian Degustation Series — where mountain meets sea, and tradition meets fire.

From the rugged coastline of Abruzzo to the rolling hills of Umbria, this six-course long lunch celebrates the soul of central Italy — honest, rustic food brought to life with bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and time-honoured techniques.

Begin with a shared antipasto and aperitivo, before moving through a carefully curated progression of dishes by Chef Francesco — from smoky arrosticini lamb skewers served tableside, to a rich Adriatic seafood brodetto, handmade Umbrian truffle pasta, and slow-roasted porchetta with classic regional sides and traditional Umbrian sweet pastry from Assisi, the historical hilltop town.

Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines from the region, finishing with a traditional Umbrian digestivo to complete the experience.

🎷 In celebration of the renowned Umbria Jazz Festival, enjoy the atmosphere of Italy with a live duo performing soft bossa and Latin jazz throughout the lunch, creating a relaxed and soulful backdrop to your dining experience.
