Advanced Paediatric Palliative Care Workshop 2024 Sold out

The full day workshop is aimed at all healthcare professionals with experience supporting children and young people with paediatric palliative care or end-of-life care needs, and their families. It is highly encouraged that participants have previously attended a Paediatric Palliative Care Service or QuoCCA education event within the past few years.

The 2024 Workshop Theme:

Each year, the workshop focuses on a distinct theme. For the year 2024, the theme is Pediatric End-of-Life Communication.

When: Friday, 14th June 2024. 8am - 1630pm

Where: Queensland Children’s Hospital auditorium, Level 7, 501 Stanley St, South Brisbane

Cost: Free, numbers will be limited to 50 participants.

Please note, BYO morning tea and lunch required. Refreshments may be purchased on-site.

Parking: Hancock Street Car park, Mater Car parks, Southbank Parklands Car parks – costs apply. Mater Hill bus station is directly opposite the hospital. If traveling by rail, the closest train station is Southbank. It is a 500m walk from the train station to the hospital.

This event is planned to be run only as an in person event.
