Taught by a professional cycling instructor, this course is targeted towards families with young children to ride together. Basic bike handling skills will be taught to all participants (adults and children) before continuing to skills specific to riding with others and using a traffic free environment.

As a parent or guardian you will have time to chat to the coach on specific family-riding equipment such as tandems, tagalongs, cargo seats and baby seats as well addressing specific concerns you may have. The session will include important information such as route planning, scanning the upcoming road environment and signaling.
