After a 30-year career working for corporate Australia, Jasmine wanted to bring her ‘customer comes first’ service experience to the aged care industry and provide seniors and their families a service that offered true tailored choice and offer employment opportunities to local people – particularly mid to older age women.

Home Instead Central Coast employs and trains people to provide in-home care services to support older Australians who choose to live safely and independently in their own home.

Since launching on the Central Coast in 2012 with six caregivers and two clients in a small office in Ettalong Beach, Jasmine’s leadership, and passion for enhancing the lives for ageing locals and creating employment opportunities for locals of the Central Coast has led the business to grow exponentially, receive much recognition and become an Employer of Choice in the area.

Join us to hear how she overcame the challenges of growing a business from the ground up, to now providing employment to over 200 Central Coast locals and delivering over 10,000 hours of care for seniors per month – positively impacting thousands of people daily!
