ACT Rural Fire Service 2026 Fitness Test (Southside 6 of 6)

This is the final of six annual fitness tests being run at Melrose Synthetic Oval by the ACT Rural Fire Service Headquarters in 2026.

The fitness test will commence promptly at 19:00hours, and all participants are requested to arrive by 18:30hours.

Weight vests will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

All participants must bring completed copies of:

• Appendix A: Pre-exercise Questionnaire & Medical Clearance, and
• Appendix B: Informed Consent for RFS Work Capacity Tests
