Join us for our Tropical Neon NYE Dinner, an alfresco New Year's Eve dining experience featuring a specially curated menu by our new Head Chef, John Frid, and a welcome drink to kick off the celebrations.

It's all about fabulous food, great company and celebrating the final evening of 2026 in true Darwin style.

EXCLUSIVE THREE-COURSE DINNER – A specially curated New Year's Eve menu by Head Chef John Frid, bringing fresh creativity and exciting flavours to the table.
BEAUTIFUL ALFRESCO DINING – Enjoy the tropical evening atmosphere on our waterfront alfresco, surrounded by the colour and excitement of New Year's Eve.
WATERFRONT FIREWORKS – Darwin Waterfront fireworks scheduled for 9pm and midnight.

Think bold florals, vibrant resort wear, tropical prints, sunset orange, electric pink, turquoise and a touch of neon sparkle.  Go glamorous, go colourful or simply add a splash of tropical flair!

Tropical attire encouraged, but not compulsory.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To reserve a table, we do require full payment at the time of booking. No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. No refund is available if you cancel on or after 28 December 2026.   

• All menu selections are subject to the availability of produce, and we reserve the right to vary menu items at any time prior to the event.
• Tickets are limited and may not be available for purchase on the night if the event is sold out.
• BYO food or drink will not be allowed.
• In the likelihood of wet weather, the night event will continue to operate as per normal, no refunds will be issued unless cancelled by management. 
• Table allocations/configurations will be at the discretion of management. There will be a limited number of varying table sizes including tables for 2 guests and higher.  We only have a small number of high chairs available, therefore are unable to guarantee any requests. All tables and high chairs will be sold on a “first-in, first-served basis”.  
• Any dietary requirements must be made in writing to functions@wharfone.com.au by 28 December at the latest for us to be able to accommodate.
• Requests - we can not guarantee that your request will be delivered, however, we will attempt.
• Wharf One Food & Wine practices Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Wharf One Food & Wine will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of your property prior to, during, and after the NYE 2026 event. You will be financially responsible for any loss or damage caused by you to the building(s), furniture, fittings, and any equipment.
• 15% service fee applies for any charges occurring on the day of the event, due to public holiday rates.
