The Shift Series is about moving out of reactive patterns and stepping into your creative power.

RELEASE WORKSHOP: Identify where and how you’re living from a reactive self. Learn techniques to release stress, quiet your inner noise, and find clarity.

Tuesday, 11th Feb, 6.00pm - 9.00pm (Sydney time)

IGNITION WORKSHOP: Tune into your inner guidance system—your subconscious voice. Using proven brain science techniques, you’ll connect with a deeper sense of meaning and inspiration, resourcing yourself daily and envisioning a future that aligns with your true self.

Thursday, 27th Feb, 6pm - 9pm (Sydney time)

ESTEEM WORKSHOP: Build the structures you need to follow through on what matters. This workshop equips you with methods to face challenges head-on, using internal resistance as fuel to stay the course and achieve your goals

Tuesday, 18th Mar, 6am - 9pm (Sydney time)

Note: If you are unable to attend one of the current dates, you may attend in the future, to make up the series. We will be running these workshops every few weeks in 2025.
