Groove Cruise Sunday #61 - The Harpo Walker Band - 3-6pm 19 April from Brooklyn

Groove Cruise #61 features The Harpo Walker Band with Tom 'Harpo' Walker on vocals, guitar and harmonica (whose 'Bruised Heart Blues' CD reached #1 on the UK Blues Charts and #2 on the Australia Blues & Roots charts), Michael Carline on guitar, special guest Doug Brown (from Tom’s other band Django Blackheart) on guitar and vocals, Karl Mardon on bass, and Pedro Mellodrums on drums. These guys are great entertainers, and play a mixture of Tom's original compositions, and well-known Americana, Blues and Roots songs. There’s a fully licensed bar, so no BYO alcohol, but you’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
