Reminiscent of a European Chateau of yesteryear, Sweetwater is a landmark Hunter property and the most significant country vineyard estate in Australia – Sweetwater Wines stands is a symbol of magnificence.

It is a southern european style vineyard estate of a bygone era on the crest of Sweetwater & overlooking the Sweetwater Valley.

The carefully nurtured vineyard, produces the Hunter’s finest wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. 

Guest celebrity chef Troy Rhoades- Brown  ( owner & chef of 2 Hatted Muse Restaurant )  will prepare a magnificent  menu to celebrate this occasion.

In 2005, Rhoades-Brown won the Brett Graham Award, which was established two years earlier by the Newcastle-born, London-based chef, to support promising young chefs. Rhoades-Brown travelled to Europe to get a taste of Michelin Star cooking.

Following canapés and welcome drinks in the grounds, guests will be seated in the stunning and unique Gothic-style dining room, to enjoy a delicious menu, partnered with fabulous Sweetwater Estate wines.
