Conflict Resolution: Getting Along in the Workplace
 Many people see conflict as a negative experience. In fact, conflict is a necessary part of our personal growth and development. Think of when you were trying to choose your major in University, for example, or trying to decide between two jobs. However, conflict becomes an issue when the people involved cannot work through it. They become engaged in a battle that does not result in growth. When this type of conflict arises, negative energy can result, causing hurt feelings and damaged relationships. This one-day course will give participants the tools that will help you resolve conflict successfully and produce a win-win outcome.

A 10% administration fee will be deducted for any cancellation up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the training course.A 50% administration fee will apply for any cancellation received 7 to 13 days prior to the commencement of the training course. NO REFUND will be issued for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the commencement of the training course. Cancellation of the course by The Persuader will result in full refund of course fees. All cancellations must be advised in writing. The Persuader is committed to the delivery of excellence in training to meet the needs of individuals, and the community as a whole through the integration of access and equity guidelines. We will ensure that all people regardless of gender, academic standard, race or special need will have the right to equality of opportunity without discrimination. Certificates / Statements of Attainment will only be given to the participants when full payment of the allotted fees has been paid. Classes will only commence if class sizes are to capacity and The Persuader reserves the right to postpone or cancel classes.
