AN EVENING OF BLISS

Spend an evening away from all the festive seasons preparations, shopping and planning to achieve some much-needed time out, the years just seem to fly by.

Together Amber and I will be offering this special twilight event that will be magical indeed.

  Starting with a Roll and Release Yoga practice using massage balls especially sequenced to help disperse those knots accumulated over time from the many types of stresses that we hold onto in the body- physically, mentally and emotionally.

As your guided into an all over body relaxation with the scent of lovingly handmade lavender eye pillows to help calm your central nervous system whilst Amber ................................................................................................................................................................. 

all intending to nurture and leave you feeling like you're floating on a cloud...

As that soothing sensation takes over. . . ...Enjoy an intoxicating, uplifting and joyful sound immersion that will transport you into a dream like state that will leave your body, mind and soul feeling completely soothed and restored...

You'll be blissfully transformed by candlelight completing your chilled out evening with a tea ceremony and a nourishing treat to soothe your soul before you drift away on your journey home.

Please allow yourself plenty of time to create your space, bring any crystals or tokens that you would like to have nearby & the reaming balance of $30 in an envelope with your name on it.
