Terror Australis Readers and Writers Festival (TARWF) is Australia's southern-most literary festival, a celebration of books, writing and community in the glorious Huon Valley, Tasmania.

Just 30 minutes from Hobart's CBD, we offer a range of live, live-streamed and virtual programming throughout the year.

Following the phenomenal success of our inaugural festival TAF2019 - Murder She Wrote, with more than 2,500 participants - join us in person or online in November for our second weekend-long festival, TAF2021 - CSI: Tasmania.
