Entrée: 

Duo of arancini:

-Wild mushroom with truffle mayo.

-Roast pumpkin, spinach and pinenut with saffron aioli.

Mains: 

Smoked Burton's beef shin with creamy mash potato and red wine jus.

Green mango salad with prawns, red onion, carrot, coriander, chilli, bean sprouts, coconut and a sweet fish sauce dressing.

Baked cauliflower with yellow curry, macadamia nuts, raisins, herb salad, saffron rice and coconut raita.

Dessert: 

Vanilla Slice, puff pastry, vanilla custard and passionfruit icing.

Cherry Ripe Slice, chocolate biscuit, cherry, coconut and chocolate.
