Frank Sultana and Owen Campbell have both carved out stellar careers in the Australian blues and roots scene.
In 2023 Frank Sultana made history by becoming just the third artist outside of North America to win the prestigious Memphis International Blues Challenge in the events 43 years, and in doing so assured his place in Australian blues history.
His career began in 2011 and he has released 16 studio and or live recordings , won 7 Sydney Blues Society Awards as well as being nominated for an APRA Award.
He has toured extensively in Australia as well as 4 visits to the US in the last 3 years, performing at the Big Blues Bender in Las Vegas, and the Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruise in the western Carribbean amongst others.
Owen Campbell is one of Australia’s premier alternative blues/rock artists, known for his smouldering slide guitar, gritty caramel vocals, and soulful, cosmic sound. With over a decade of touring, he’s released three best-selling albums and two EPs, all charting globally. From Kathmandu’s Himalayan Blues Festival to Woodford Folk Festival, Owen’s commanding live shows have captivated audiences worldwide. He’s currently recording his seventh album, set for release during in 2026
For one very special night these two seasoned troubadours will perform their original songs together in an intimate acoustic setting, and relate stories from their years of being touring musicians.
