Long Lunch for Trude is back in 2026!

It started back in 2019 as a distraction for the many trips between Canberra and Newcastle, with a plan to hold it every year and raise a glass or two to Trude. Covid and two ratbags thwarted those plans.

Now, seven years later, it's on again!

Join us on Saturday, 5 September at The Farmer's Wife Distillery (Allworth) for a long lunch. With great food, Farmer's Wife gin and tonics, and some amazing auction items and prizes up for grabs, it will be an event you won't want to miss. We'll kick off at 12pm.

The proceeds from the lunch will go directly to the Mark Hughes Foundation, as part of Ashlee's fundraising for the MHF Great Wall of China 2027 Ladies Trek.
