Marinated Prawns

Served with grilled stone fruit, rocket, goat's cheese and cucumber salad, finished with a citrus dressing. (GF, I)

Shaved Smoked Leg Ham

Served with crisp crostini, caramelised pineapple, whipped ricotta and balsamic glaze.

MAIN COURSE

Choice of one

Lightly Smoked Roasted Turkey Breast

Served with herb-roasted duck fat potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, sautéed seasonal greens, sage gravy and cranberry sauce. (GF, DF)

Prosciutto-Wrapped Atlantic Salmon

Atlantic salmon wrapped in Di Parma prosciutto, served with creamy mashed potato, blistered truss tomatoes, asparagus, gremolata and a lemon cream sauce. (GF, A)
