We’re honoured to bring a grounding yoga offering to this year’s surf festival….. creating space to soften, breathe, move and reconnect amongst the salt, sun and sisterhood. Expect an embodied, soulful practice designed to complement the rhythm of the ocean and the energy of the weekend. A chance to stretch tired surf bodies, regulate the nervous system, build heat, presence and connection, and come home to yourself in community.
