Laugh your way to the weekend with two of Darwin’s brightest and boldest award-winning stand-up comedians.

‘Crimes Against Apostrophes’ is a relatable and engaging stand-up comedy show about ridiculous things that don't make sense. Featuring local comedy legend and crowd favourite Nicole Stevens and, NT Raw Comedy winner 2020 Kelly Gulliver over two nights (September 30 and October 1).

Kelly Gulliver combines cheeky storytelling, and honest journeys into her private life to shine a light onto life’s embarrassing realities. Gulliver’s humour will leave you rolling in the aisle, gasping for air, and begging for more. She has graced the stage with well known comics such as Geraldine Hickey (The Project, Channel 10), and Dane Simpson (Aboriginal Comedy All Stars). Kelly was the Northern Territory finalist for the prestigious Raw Comedy competition, 2020 and performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Nicole Stevens is an award-winning Darwin comedian delivering punchy, well-crafted comedy. Stevens is a master of weaving one-liners and side-splitting humour into tales of the foibles along the path of life. Winner of the Darwin Fringe Festival People’s Choice Award 2018 and Super Producer 2017, Nicole has performed side-by-side with many professional comedians such as Cal Wilson (Have You Been Paying Attention), Brett Blake, Oliver Twist, and Lars Callieou (Canada).

Stevens and Gulliver team up for CRIMES AGAINST APOSTROPHES. A night of fine stand-up comedy, clever storytelling and astute observations. It’s an intimate and comical evening of laughter and entertainment.
