At the event we will hold a Q and A session with guest speaker, Mark Chenery, Director and Co-Founder of Common Cause Australia.
As part of the session, Mark will share insights into the types of messaging that are needed in this moment to move decision makers to take bold and meaningful action. He will also reflect on some examples of good messaging and share how we can apply this thinking to strengthen our own advocacy, communication and leadership. More about our guest speaker: Mark Chenery, Common Cause Australia
Mark has spent his career helping changemakers communicate in ways that inspire collective action and connect with people’s deeply held values. His background spans journalism, advertising and advocacy, including leading campaigns and communications at ActionAid Australia before founding Common Cause Australia in 2014.
He has since worked with hundreds of organisations to embed values-based communication into their leadership and storytelling — helping movements and organisations grow stronger through messages that speak to what truly matters.
