Adelaide Hills Distillery - Blend Your Own Gin

Ever wanted to know what it's like to create a gin ready to go into the market place? Ever wondered if you could create a gin that you would be happy to put your name too? 

Wonder no more, introducing our very first Blend Your Own Gin experience at Adelaide Hills Distillery (Located at Lot.100). Let our amazing team take you through the process of distilling and making gin, in a hands on workshop.

You will be the distiller for a day as you try your senses at different flavour profiles to blend the perfect gin for your palate. 

Your ticket includes: 

• Full masterclass on distilling and the making of gin 
• Gin and Tonic on arrival 
• Full tasting of Adelaide Hills Distillery range of gins
• Fully packaged 200ml bottle of your very own blended gin

We also have an additional lunch option for you and your guest/guests - After blending your own gins, we will take you and your guest/guests to a table in the Lot.100 Restaurant where for $115 you will enjoy a full dining experience with matching beverages. You can simply relax while our chefs and bar staff do all the work for you as you work your way through the best of the menu. We will book your table separately so that you can enjoy the afternoon with just your friends/family!
