KATIE REID: '6 FEET UNDER' SINGLE LAUNCH

Inspired by Kate Bush, Maggie Rogers & Holly Humberstone, Katie Reid will hit the stage at Butchers Brew Bar on the 21st of August to promote her upcoming single '6 feet under'. Katie's debut band show is composed entirely of original music, with raw, vulnerable lyrics accompanied by warm vocal harmonies & bright melodies.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland but hailing from Sydney, Katie Reid has been performing around the London, Perth & Sydney music scenes for the past 10 years, earning her stripes by singing backing vocals for some of Australia's biggest names such as Guy Sebastian, Chrstine Anu & Perth rapper Drapht.

She has supported acts Joan & the Giants & Little Quirks on their headline tours, promoting her original music as a solo artist. Written to milestone her experiences in her first queer relationship, 'Pink Toothbrush' was Katie's first release of 2023 followed by her song 'Healing' in late July. Katie was the first place winner in 'The Great Southern Song Competition' for 'Healing'.
