This seminar is aligned with this year’s Mental Health Week theme - "Celebrating Our Strengths” and will include the launch of new Stay Strong resources, guest speakers and a panel. Presentations will share different perspectives on creative and innovative 'strengths-based' approaches and strategies that promote well-being.
