Practical, realistic, and designed for real-life carers with zero spare time
Session 1: “What’s Going On Inside Me?”
Theme: Understanding stress & your inner world
Build your starter toolkit:
- Prevention (tiny daily habits)
- Grounding (stay calm)
- Crisis mode (“uh oh, I’ve lost it!” moments
Format: These are small group in person workshops you can book and attend 1, 2 or all 3 sessions. Sessions have been created individually to give you flexibility (we know how busy you all are). However, if you can attend all 3 sessions you will gain maximum benefits (go on you deserve it).
Cost: FREE for unpaid carers
No prior knowledge is needed — just a willingness to learn ways to care for yourself while caring for others.
