Due to popular demand, you're invited to Tynan Wines' "Asian Inspiration #2" five course degustation dinner, 6:30-9:30pm Sat 19 Oct. The food will be prepared by our caterers, the wonderful Nelson Bay based Delectable Delicacies (Gill & Mario). All courses will be matched with glasses of Tynan Wines of course. The dinner format is a long table at our Salamander Bay Cellar Door, and tickets are limited to 24 people. Dress code is casual. Cost is $130/person + booking fee.
You're welcome to bring family & friends. Please let us know if there are any special dietary requirements within your group. We have non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice available for non-drinkers.
Draft Menu
Course 1 - Scallops with sauce of white miso, yuzu butter, sansho pepper and sake
Course 2 - Hat Yai Wings - Fried chicken wings with golden shallots, rocket and blue cheese dip
Course 3 - Crying Tiger Salad - Grilled wagyu, crispy noodles, cherry tom, herbs, chilli & citrus dressing
Course 4 - Caramelised Sticky Pork Belly - Twice cooked pork in a salty sweet caramel sauce, roasted peanuts with Asian coleslaw
Course 5 - Cardamon Coconut Milk Crème Brûlée. - Silky smooth crème brûlée with caramelized pineapple and ginger salsa, Persian floss and freeze-dried fruits.
