Baby Foundations

Our Baby Foundations Course helps parents feel confident and connected as you support your baby’s development with simple, evidence-based tips and playful moments designed to fit into your everyday life.

The first months are a critical window for your baby’s development. Many parents feel unsure about milestones, tummy time and how to encourage play. Our Baby Groups are led by an APA Paediatric Physiotherapist who helps parents build confidence from the start, providing practical, evidence-based guidance to help your baby move, bond and thrive. 

What we offer 

A five-week program led by paediatric physiotherapists trained in infant motor development:

Program outline 

WEEK 1 - Welcome to the Baby Clinic – Gentle check of baby and instructions and run through on variants. 

WEEK 2 - Essentials for Positioning - Setting up your space for optimal development. 

WEEK 3 – Play & Early Activities - Guided activities to promote rolling, sitting, reaching and play skills. 

WEEK 4 – Milestones & Skills - How to know you’re on track and when to seek advice. 

WEEK 5 – Wrap Up & Next Steps - Celebrate progress and connection.
