Debaser Presents : Allora + The Toothpicks and 'Imbued' Exhibition

Debaser presents a night of slick alternative rock from Allora and The Toothpicks as well as an exhibition spotlighting the talents of local female artists. 

Allora 

Allora is a three piece pop rock band from Dee Why that blends hard hitting drum rhythm’s , catchy choruses, and 80s esk synth lead Melodie’s. With similar sounds to that of MGMT, The Hers and Empire of the Sun, Allora re-captures the youthful experiences and romanticism imbedded within the late 2000’s ‘house party’ synth pop era

The Toothpicks 

The Toothpicks are a maelstrom of garage, funk, psychedelia and jazz who throw everything at the wall and make sure it sticks. Sardonic lyrics dive headfirst into jaunty, infectious grooves which tug at your heartstrings as they tear your eyes from their sockets.
