LEVEL UP REP PREP LAB

**Register for the age group your athlete is trialling for**

Rep Prep Lab is a two week program for athletes preparing for upcoming representative netball trials.

We know trials can be nerve racking, especially for athletes trialing for the first time or stepping into a new age group. Our aim with these sessions is to give athletes a chance to prepare in an environment that is challenging but supportive, and help them feel a little more confident about what to expect.

Across the two weeks we’ll work on strong fundamentals, attacking movement, defensive pressure, decision making, communication and work rate, with plenty of trial style drills.

We’ll also spend some time talking about the things that can make a difference at trials — being coachable, communicating, working hard when you don’t have the ball, making good decisions and being able to reset and go again after a mistake.

11 Years

For our younger group we’ll focus on confidence, strong basics and helping athletes understand what a rep trial might look and feel like.

12 & 13 Years

This group will work at a higher intensity, with more pressure added to activities and a greater focus on decision making, positional work and trial style drills.

This program isn’t about promising selection or teaching athletes how to impress a selector. It’s simply about giving them another opportunity to work on their game and head into trials feeling prepared and confident.

⏰ Group 1 - 11 Years 4:30pm until 5:30pm, Group 2 - 12 & 13 Years 5:40pm until 6:40pm
📍 Maitland Netball Courts
💰 $60 Total Program Cost

Places are limited to make sure athletes get plenty of court time, touches and individual feedback.
