Mike's Retirement

After more than four decades in veterinary medicine, Dr Mike Bernays is retiring from a career that has left an enduring mark on veterinary ophthalmology.

As the founder of Animal Eye Services, Mike helped shape not only a specialist practice, but a standard of clinical excellence that has influenced colleagues, supported referring veterinarians and changed the lives of countless animals and their families. His knowledge, discipline and unwavering commitment to his profession have earned him the respect of those fortunate enough to have worked alongside him.

Mike may not be one for great fanfare, but a career and legacy of this significance deserve to be properly recognised.
