For our March tasting, we’re going full Irish

With March comes tradition — and that means a celebration of Irish whiskey in all its smooth, approachable and quietly complex glory. Rather than exploring experimental or emerging distilleries this time around, we’ll be pouring a lineup of quality, proven drams that showcase why Ireland has become one of the most exciting whisky-producing nations in the world.

Expect a well-balanced selection that highlights classic Irish character — fruit-forward, approachable, and wonderfully drinkable — while still offering depth and nuance for seasoned palates.
