However, you also knew this wasn't going to be something that would come easily to you because even though you were determined to do this, your own self esteem & confidence (or lack thereof) needed a LOT of work. 

The driving force for you, was so other women wouldn't have to continue going through the pain & hurt of not feeling good enough, and doubting their own abilities, because you knew exactly how that felt and if you could help another woman believe in herself again and strive to reach her full potential , then it would all be worth it!

WHO IS YOUR PRESENTER? YOLANDE GARRICK 

With over 20+ years in the personal growth industry , having attained her Cert 4 in Fitness as Corporate Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coaching , Passion Test Facilitator , Communications & Advanced Leadership Training, Yolandes genuine passion for educating , motivating and inspiring not just her clients , but everyone around her, has made her the obvious choice when it comes to having someone by your side to firmly guide you towards living your best life. 

But it wasn't always an easy path towards pursuing her passion.

Having her kids at the age of 19 & 21 , meant that motherhood was her main responsibility and focus, especially when she found herself as a single mum supporting 2 kids at the ages of 5 & 7. This led her to a career in banking & financial planning, working with corporate clients from varied backgrounds. Although the roles were somewhat satisfying, her passion to help other women was still very much there, and that inner voice was getting louder, to the point where she had to take action. 

At the age of 46, thinking she was ready, (based on all the work she had done on herself), when it came time to consolidate everything she had learned to create her own business empowering women, she was STUCK. Moving from the safety of being employed and having a steady income, into a new realm of being the boss and being directly responsible for making a living with no back up, stirred up feelings of self doubt & fear. The fear of failure, fear of being judged, making mistakes, doubting herself and her abilities, it all became too hard!. Rather embarrassed by it all, she had no one to really talk to about it because , she was the go-to person., and by this stage she had tried everything.

Well not quite.

Just before she had given up hope and be resigned to the idea that she just wasn't meant to have her own business empowering women & reach her full potential,  she came across a program that changed EVERYTHING. 

Now, she has been successfully running her own business empowering women to reach their full potential for the past 3 years, and continues to keep growing herself, year after year.
