In her local practice - Wellness Vision - she specialises in helping busy women boost their energy, reduce their stress and balance their hormones; however her real passion lies in mentoring them on how to create a personal wellness strategy for their own life.

Jasmin has over 11 years experience as a naturopath, hold a degree in Biomedical Science and is qualified in Nutritional DNA analysis and personal training.

She also “gets” how hard it can be to juggle a busy lifestyle and provides plenty of "do-able" tips to help you strike a better balance between your life and your health.
