Come and enjoy the picturesque Ferguson Valley with this Winter Workshop with host Alison Melvin by the fire in our Function Pavilion at St Aidan Wines 

Be introduced to some basic wool felting techniques to produce a vessel.
It will require you to layer wool roving and embellishments around a resist shape.
Using soap, gentle agitation, warm water and cold water to felt the wool fibres to one another. (This process requires some form of agility)

Resources require by participants:
- Scraps of silk, flax, linen, pure wool cotton, soy bean fibre or silk thread for decoration (not essential)
- One quality bar of soap (olive oil or goat milk) #shoplocal 
- Two old clean towels (no fluff)
- Scissors (for embellishments)
- Rubber Gloves for attendees with sensitive skin
- Apron (optional)

Morning Tea and Self-Serve Tea/ Coffee and water provided (please advise if you have any dietary requirements)
