Come and enjoy an informative 1 hour presentation with Polly Cevallos. She will speak about some surprising similarities between the flora and fauna of Chile and Australia.

11.30am - 12.30pm | Monday 15 July or Tuesday 16 July

The presentation will take place in the Bugang Room.

Polly was born in Chile and came to Australia with her family when she was 14.

She studied zoology at Macquarie University, worked at Taronga Zoo for 11 years, and then was the founding CEO for 5 years at the Jane Goodall Institute in Australia. She was on the Australian board before completing two full terms on the global board, as well as being on the Executive board.

Today she still supports the Institute both in Australia and Chile and is working on many global projects all involving animals and how we can stop them from going extinct.
