This event is for you high-achieving ladies that are struggling with burn-out.
This month we are joined by Alena Turley from AT Somatics who will be discussing The Achiever's Paradox: Why high-functioning women are burning out in silence and the integrated path forward.
Alena is a Somatic Therapist and Educator on a mission is to support over-extended givers to reset and come home to themselves by addressing the nervous system's fight-or-flight response through body-based practices. This event is not to be missed.
