Downs Burnett Cycle Trail- Bell Weekend Ride

Start- Pioneer Hotel Kulpi  19 October 8:00am for an 8:30am roll off

Finish: Pioneer Hotel Kulpi 20 October 1:30pm

Itinerary

• Day 1- Kulpi to Bell via Kiamkillenbun- approx. 72 kms following the Downs Burnett Cycle Trail
• Day 2- Bell to Kulpi- approx. 62km following some of the Downs Burnett Cycle Trail and backroads

Cost: 

• $37.50 for 1 Day (One Day tickets can be for either Day 1 or Day 2 you will need to arrange a vehicle pick up/drop off from Bell or Kulpi depending on which Day you choose)
• $74 for both days (we supply a support vehicle with trailer to transport your overnight gear)

Accommodation and Food etc.

• You need to book your own accommodation in Bell. There are a couple of options- The Bell Showgrounds (camping only), Bell Tourist Park- cabins or camping (07) 4663 1265 or the Bellview Hotel (07) 4663 1211
• Meals are at the riders expense
• Lunch Day 1- This will be at the Kiamkillenbun Hotel approx. $25
• Dinner- There are two main options- The Bell Tourist Park will do Pizzas for around $12 or the Bell View Hotel has traditional pub meals
• Breakfast- either bring your own or the Bellview Hotel will do breakfast and they have a coffee machine!!!
• Lunch Day 2- Pioneer Hotel at Kulpi
• NOTE- Riders need to bring ride snacks, spares and water, sunscreen etc. There will be water and a first aid kit in the support vehicle.
