Moo-vember - 'Cut to the Chase'
In November, Granite Borders Landcare will be hosting a butcher demonstration. This 'have a yarn' session will include cutting a side of carcass (lamb) to showcase how to make and prepare given cuts.
Our demonstrator is Josh from JLN Butchering. Josh will be showcasing the correct method for butchering a full lamb with 'Best' cuts prepared for a free BBQ lunch to meet and catch up for a yarn.
