Details: What is artificial intelligence (AI), and how can it help your community organisation?

This session introduces the basics of AI in simple, practical terms. It covers what AI is, how it is being used, and how not-for-profits can use AI tools safely and responsibly.

You’ll learn about:

• What AI is and how it works
• Different types of AI and how they can be used
• Different ways staff might use AI in their work
• Ethical considerations and how to use AI responsibly

By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of AI and more confidence using AI tools in your organisation.
