We’re teaming up with Studio Spice for a one-off pilates class at The Bolt Inn — a full-body flow led by Sophie, with a glass of Prosecco in hand (as all good exercise should).

Held inside our bistro space with fires going and tunes playing, this is a laid-back way to ease into the weekend. All levels welcome — whether you're new to pilates or just in it for the bubbles.

What’s included:
– 1-hour mat pilates class led by Studio Spice
– A glass of Prosecco (yes, during the class)
– A great start to your Friday evening
