Details
This Meeting will be conducted under the current Formula 500's Australia Inc. Supplementary Racing Regulations, Australian Speedway Racing Rules and Regulations and these Supplementary Regulations.
ENTRY
Drivers wishing to enter the venues must be familiar with the above mentioned Rules and Regulations.
ENTRY FOR MEETING
·All Nominations to be completed online
·Nominations will be open until Sunday 16th November - 5pm
Late Nominations - must be completed online & prior to sign in deadline
WITHDRAWING FROM A RACE MEETING
·Drivers must notify the co-ordinator prior to sign-in deadline on the day of racing.
SIGN-IN
·Race car must be in the pits when driver signs in.
·All entered drivers must sign-in at the series trailer before the sign-in deadline time 1.00pm
·Any driver who does not sign-in on race day by the sign-in deadline will be deemed as a late entry and will start ROF for heats.
RACE FORMAT
RACE FORMAT IS SUBJECT TO CAR NUMBERS
Heats: Each driver will have a minimum of 2 heats - heat line up will be based on current Brisbane F500 Club Season points - high points will start from rear of both heats with row swap. New drivers that have not completed minimum of events will start behind high points driver. Any drivers entered that are not in Club Points will be seeded in heats based on experience by event organiser.
Heat points: will be utilising the Sprintcar format –
1st - 25 5th - 15 9th - 7 13th and back - 1
2nd - 22 6th - 13 10th - 5
3rd - 19 7th - 11 11th - 3
4th - 17 8th - 9 12th - 2
A Main: 12 - 20 Laps depending on car count. High points driver after heats will start from pole, 2nd highest from 2 etc
B Main if required (no of laps & no of cars to transfer will be dependant on car count & allowable track density - Twmba 24 cars)
Toowoomba - top 18 cars on points go directly to A Main & remaining cars will run B Main with first 6 finishers to transfer to rear of A main.
A Main Points
1st - 36 5th - 26 9th - 18 13th - 14 17th - 10
2nd - 33 6th - 24 10th - 17 14th - 13 18th - 9
3rd - 30 7th - 22 11th - 16 15th - 12
4th - 28 8th - 20 12th - 15 16th - 11
Event Trophies
Drivers who finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd in A Main will receive trophies
LICENCES
Each accepted driver must produce a current Speedway Australia Licence at sign-in.
LAPPED CARS
On all race restarts lapped cars will take their place at the rear of the field.
PRESENTATIONS
Presentations for 1st to 3rd in the A-Main will be held either on the track infield after conclusion of A main or at club trailer immediately after the final race of the night
TRANSPONDERS
Electronic timing Transponders will be used.
Drivers will be responsible for lost or damaged hired transponders or any hired transponder not returned.
Any car not having a working transponder may not be lap scored.
Any car crossing the start/finish line under the pole line may not be lap scored.
RACECEIVERS
All drivers must race with a working Raceceiver (and ear pieces).
The Brisbane Formula 500 Club and/or the Event Co-ordinator may amend parts of these supplementary regulations.
Sign-in times may change, all nominated drivers will be advised via text message of any changes.
All race results will be uploaded on www.mylaps.com as soon as possible after each meeting.

Competitors are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of any person associated with them, such as pit crews, vehicle owners and sponsors.
