Boundaries & Belonging workshop- holiday edition

This workshop will cover some of the underlying challenges we face with our boundaries with loved ones that can be particularly tricky over Christmas 

Melissa is a psychotherapist with a decade of experience supporting people with boundaries and relationship dynamics. In this session we will:

✨️Walk  through the nervous system impacts of why it is so challenging to put our needs first, 

✨️take you on an inner somatic journey to connect with your needs and anchor your intentions. 

✨️There will be reflections with writing time for you to get clarity on your own needs and boundaries 

✨️practical tools and tips for setting boundaries with workshop time for participants to ask questions and troubleshoot specific scenarios

"To honour ourselves can be challenging when we have been a certain way for people for so long and genuinly dont want to let people down or feel the guilt and dread.

We often face the tension of what we desire from family and what the media propaganda bombard us with as 'normal' vs the common reality of spending time with people we have complex feelings for that can poke our old wounds (even if they dont mean to) leaving us feeling more empty
