Soil Pit and Pasture Field Day

Riverine Plains and Agriculture Victoria are running a soils and pasture field day to provide the opportunity to dig into the drivers of grazing production.

Come to view two soil pits and hear Dr Cassandra Schefe (AgriSci) delve into understanding soil fertility and identifying soil constraints for pasture production and discuss how to resolve these limitations. This will be a great follow up for producers who have recently taken soil tests and are planning fertiliser and lime applications.

Join a discussion on pasture and grazing management for grazing systems in the Upper Murray with Nick Linden (Agriculture Victoria) and local agronomists.
