It can sometimes be hard to build a stronger team. Many organizations may believe their teams perform at their best. This can make their workload more difficult and less productive. This Teamwork Session aims to build a supportive and cooperative team environment. Our expert trainers and material provide additional tips and skills to enhance the team's abilities. A small improvement can make a big difference in a team's performance. Teambuilding games are a great way to demonstrate communication, cooperation, strategy, support, and other important skills. If you are looking for a fun and interactive learning environment, we can mix team-building games.
A great collaborative environment is built on the strength of your team. Is your company able to create a team environment? Do they work well together? This session will help new and existing teams to learn additional skills that will bring them together and allow them to focus on the end result. A course similar to this can be used to demonstrate the needs of your team. Our sessions can help us identify and strengthen our teams using team-building games. We help you and your team improve their teamwork by teaching them the skills and tools we have learned.
If the above sample does not meet your training goals, please visit our other team-building sessions or contact us to help you create a session. We offer tailored training in Perth and Melbourne as well as Adelaide, Darwin, Gold Coasts, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Parramatta.
This course will help teach participants:
We discuss what’s going to occur during the course. Students will also have a chance to identify their personal learning goals.
To begin, you can help participants define what a team is and what different sorts of teams there are. Participants will also demonstrate synergy through an easy exercise.
This session will look at a number of the pros and cons of teams. Participants will also explore ground rules and group contracts.
During this session, participants will learn how to use the Levels of Service to help a team work through contentious issues.
Next, participants will evaluate their pre-assignment and identify their team participant type. Participants will then work in small groups to explore the strengths and weaknesses of the kind and how to use this information to their benefit.
Trust is one of these mainstay virtues. It’s the bond that permits any sort of significant relationship to exist between people. In this session, participants will explore a few strategies to establish and build confidence in their staff.
Every group of people, whether they’re a team or only a team working together, grows and evolves. Participants will devote this session to looking at Tuckman and Jensen’s five stages of team development: forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning.
Another way of looking at group development is the TORI model, developed by Jack and Lorraine Gibb. Participants will experience this version through an enjoyable exercise.
If a team will succeed, they must have the ability to communicate well with one another. This session will cover some fundamental principles of communication.
To wrap up the course, participants will consider ways to improve interaction among their staff and build trust.
At the end of the day, students will have a chance to ask questions and fill out an action plan.
