ABOUT DALE:

Dale is currently a high school teacher, teaching Economics, Legal Studies, Business Studies, Commerce and Geography on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia.  Prior to this, Dale was a partner in a Commercial Property Consultancy in London where she was based for 15 years. She was both a Law of Property Act Receiver and headed the Asset Management Department. 

Dale has been lucky enough to travel all over the world and has spent much time travelling in Asia and Africa.  In 2011, she co-founded a women's dining group, New Leaf Dining Association on the Central Coast, whose purpose is to enjoy good local food and the company of like-minded women and simultaneously, raise funds to support underprivileged children's education, mostly in less developed countries such as Nepal.  She is the Public Officer and Treasurer of New Leaf Dining Association. She intends to dedicate the remainder of her life, not only to her family, but to education.
