When Elżbieta begins to experience memory lapses, her loving husband Józef decides to fulfill her long-held wish for a journey through Poland. With the help of their granddaughter and a quirky neighbour, the couple "borrows" a vintage van and sets off on an adventure filled with laughter, unexpected encounters and poignant reflections. They want to experience this journey on their own terms — to laugh, take risks, and love as if they were twenty again. As they navigate scenic landscapes and personal challenges, their journey rekindles family bonds and celebrates the enduring power of love.
